BigQuery gcloud CLOUDSDK_PYTHON Location
To use your custom installation of python, you will need to initialize the path to the python installation
Command in Windows
set CLOUDSDK_PYTHON=C:\Program Files\Python37\python.exe
Command in UNIX
export CLOUDSDK_PYTHON=/usr/local/my-custom-python-install/python
